The Volley System company was created for teachers and trainers working with children and youth. Students' interest in sport is becoming increasingly difficult. This requires new knowledge and the use of attractive equipment.

As a trainer of youth groups I did a lot of sports aids, which increased the attractiveness of exercises. I think it also played an important role in the success of my teams. I showed some of these instruments in the movie "Minivolleyball".

I saw the need to use training aids and the lack of producers' interest in such activities. Later new challenges came: I was training league teams and Polish Volleyball team from cadets to seniors. I finally managed to interest a serious company with my ideas.


I have also successfully used many of these ideas in training at the highest level. They were already larger devices that can be called trainers. You can use them in different ways, it all depends on the trainer's creativity.

At that time, I stated that if I didn't have my own company, my ideas would have a long way to go. I did it. I know there is still a long way to go. This is an innovative company. But I want to develop gradually, step by step. So to keep the course on solidity and quality
