Tested device for reception trainig. Placing the loop stick between arms and the torso lifts shoulders creating wide surface of a bounce through forearms inversion. Loop stick is Brasilian Junior representation's favourie device for both hands bounce training.
Using the device while bounce training makes the players' shoulders positioned at right angle and may be used for the bounce training without shoulder moves, called „ball entry with whole body” For this reason, the stick shall be pressed to torso constantly while bouncing. This routine of taking the ball without shoulders moving is required while reception of heavy played ball. Using of the loop stick may be used for amortisation of the ball with the back.
